One pan buttery sauteed potatoes just like grandma used to make.  Very simple to make using one pan.  Use waxy potatoes for best results. No need to peel if they are washed. These are cooked in olive oil until golden brown then finished off in nutty brown butter for an amazing flavour.  Seasoned with salt and pepper and garnished with freshly chopped parsley.  A great side dish with any meal.
